By taxi:
Flat rates are now charged for those traveling from the Paris airports to the city center. From Charles de Gaule (CDG) airport, you should expect to be charged 50-55 EUR (one-way). If you are coming from the Orly airport, the flat rate should be between 30-35 EUR (one-way).
By train:

Scientific Program

A special “Hematololgy Hot News” session will take place on Thursday, September 19th from 13:30-15:40, followed by our first Plenary Session and the Meeting Opening Session.
The IACH Welcome Reception will take place Thursday evening, starting at 18:30.
We welcome you to join us for this 1st day before continuing with us over the next 2 main days of the program, Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st.
Registration and Hospitality Desk
The Registration Desk will operate during the following hours:

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your Meeting Kit containing the IACH Program Book and personal name badge.
Please remember to wear your name badge to all Meeting activities and social events.
CME Accreditation
The program of this meeting has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) with 20 CME Credit Points.
Please be sure that you have an account at the EBAH online system.
Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants will receive a username and password just following the completion of the 2nd IACH Meeting. Participants will be asked to log-in with their username and password on a special link via the Meeting website. Once logged in, your certificate of attendance will be available for download.
Lunch and Coffee Breaks
Lunch and Coffee will be served at the Exhibition Area for all Meeting participants according to the official Meeting breaks as listed in the Scientific Program.
Language
English is the official language of the Meeting.
Exhibition
Exhibition will be open during the following hours:

Invited Speakers Presentations
Speakers are requested to come to the Technicians’ Area at the back of their scheduled session hall no later than 1 hour prior to the start of their session, to upload their slide presentations.
Poster Presentations
Posters will be available for viewing on-site over the 2 main days of the Meeting (Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st).

Visas
Some participants may require a visa in order to enter France. Please check with your local Consulate or Embassy. Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.

Informal for all occasions.
Climate
If you don’t mind bringing a light coat, you will enjoy visiting Paris in September.
Daily highs are usually around 19°C to 14°C. Evening lows average between 10°C to 6°C.
This year’s temperatures may prove to be a bit warmer than usual.
Safety and Security
Please do not leave any bags or personal belongings unattended at any time, inside or outside the session halls.
Liability and Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 2nd Annual Meeting of the International Academy for Clinical Hematology (IACH). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
